I hereby agree to the following terms:
Academic License Agreement
The University of Washington (UW) and Professor Werner Kaminsky (Developer) give permission for you and your classroom or laboratory (Institution) to perform and display the WinXMorph software, a virtual crystal builder for studying morphology and crystal growth details, (WinXMorph), provided that:
1. Institution is a non-profit research institution or an educational institution for students in grades K-12.
2. The WinXMorph software remains at Institution and is not published, distributed, or otherwise transferred or made available to anyone other than students in your immediate classroom or laboratory under your supervision.
If you wish to obtain WinXMorph for any commercial purposes, you will need to execute a separate licensing agreement with the University of Washington and pay a fee. This includes, but is not limited to, using WinXMorph to provide services to outside parties for a fee or selling WinXMorph to other parties. In that case please contact:

3. You provide the Developer with feedback on the use of the WinXMorph software in your teaching. All bug reports and technical questions shall be sent to: kaminsky@wintensor.com
4. If utilization of the WinXMorph software results in outcomes which will be published, please acknowledge Dr. Werner Kaminsky and the University of Washington.
5. Any risk associated with using the WinXMorph software at Institution is solely with Institution. WinXMorph is experime ntal in nature and is made available as a research courtesy "AS IS," without obligation by UW to provide accompanying services or support. UW AND DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES PERTAINING TO INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. .
